I want to let you know that Tobias Gibson will be on annual leave from the 4th June 2024 (04/06/2024) to 11th June 2024 (11/06/2024).

In less than one hour, the minimum income increase will come into force. The current threshold is £18,600 but it will jump to £29,000.

This change will create tremendous hardship for families and will not only cause separation but continue it.

At Gibson Law Ltd, we are shocked by the increase of the minimum income requirement.

We believe that such an increase will separate families and cause unjustified and permanent damage, not only to partners but to children and other family members.

The increase - a jump from £18,600 to £38,700 - will come into effect in April 2024.
