Yesterday we held another of our Unpaid Carers Retreat Days. Our group enjoyed a well deserved day of respite that included, Tai Chi, Meditation, Massage, Art Therapy and a delicious lunch, all thanks to the RPB β€˜Short Break Scheme’ funding. We look forward to supporting them again next week when they attend our Support Day, ensuring that they are accessing everything that is available to them.
