We've been doing this for nearly 20 years, helping Welsh families through probate, and the thing that never gets easier is knowing that right now, somewhere in this community, a family is sitting trying to figure all of this out, on top of everything else they're carrying.
We want to make sure we're doing everything we can to make things as straightforward as possible, not just for the families who come to us, but for every Welsh family who finds themselves in that position.
So we're asking you: if you've been through probate with us or another firm, what would have made it easier?
Maybe it was just knowing where things stood. A simple checklist so nothing felt like a mystery. More phone calls instead of emails. Someone explaining things more clearly.
