Happy Bank Holiday weekend to all our Leydon Lettings tenants!

As the sun comes out and the BBQs get fired up, we want you to enjoy the long weekend to the fullest. If you’re planning a cookout in your garden, please keep these essential safety tips in mind to keep everyone safe:

• Keep it Outside: Never use a BBQ indoors, on balconies, or in enclosed spaces.

• Stay Clear: Position the BBQ on a flat surface well away from fences, trees, shrubs, and the house.

• Never Leave Unattended: Always have someone manning the grill until the coals are completely cold.

• Dispose Safely: Wait until ashes are stone cold before putting them in the bin—never put hot coals in a plastic wheelie bin!

• Be Mindful: Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby just in case, and please be respectful of your neighbors regarding noise and smoke.

Keeley joined Team Leydon in 2025 and has embraced every opportunity the role brings. She thrives on the variety each day offers—no two days are ever quite the same! Keeley especially enjoys tackling challenges and solving problems, always aiming to deliver a smooth and positive experience for both tenants and landlords.

Building relationships and growing her expertise are at the heart of her work.

When she’s not at work, Keeley loves dancing, shopping, and catching up with friends.
