We cover the following works within communal areas of property management sites:

Fire door installs
Carpentry
Painting & decorating (edit if you can only do painting and decorating please don’t apply, Ive had loads applying already. I’m looking more at the other trades)
Block and slab laying
Plastering
Electrical
Door entry systems & locks
General property maintenance work

Covering London and Essex
Applicants must have own tools.
Van supplied with all expenses (except diesel) covered.

£200 per day in Essex
£250 per day outside of Essex

Employed on a self employed basis
8 hour days, 5 days a week.

✅ Full U.K. driving licence
✅ NVQ or equivalent in carpentry.

All types of flooring
Carpentry
Installation of doors and windows
Lock repairs/changes
Fire system testing - Emergency Lights, AOVs, Smoke Detection
PAT testing
Fencing
Brickwork
Fascia and Soffits
Gutter Clearance
Gutter Repairs

Winning candidate will need the following:

Experienced multi trader.
Applicants to have at least 5 years experience in as many if not all of the following:

JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are now looking for someone to join the quickly growing team as an administrator.

Ideally previous experience in quickbooks, tradify, replying to emails, scheduling jobs, logging work orders and raising invoices would be a bonus. However this is not essential, as full training will be given. It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English.

Applicants will be required to be self employed.

This job will be on an as and when required basis, likely to be an hour or two per day to start but this will increase as and when the needs of the business require.

Potentially a great opportunity for the right person. Job will be based in Hawkwell.
