We are over the moon that this time next week, our much-loved Family Days will be making a welcome return. This is a day where employees bring their loved ones into the office and we all enjoy some delicious food and get ready for the Christmas break.

As this year comes to a close, we'd like to look back on one of Whole Earth's biggest marketing campaigns as the official peanut butter supplier to Team GB for the Tokyo Olympic Games.

Supporting Team GB the 'Whole Way to Tokyo', the campaign saw Olympians Helen Glover, Joe Fraser, Holly Bradshaw and Zoe Smith become ambassadors for the UK's no.1 peanut butter brand. It's time to talk B-corp!

Ecotone UK joined the B-corp movement almost three years ago, when it just one of twenty-five UK food businesses to have this certification.

B-Corp, or 'Certified B Corporations' are companies that have legally agreed to consider the impact of each decision on their workers, suppliers, customers and the environment. They are the driving force behind a shift towards sustainability, equality and inclusivity in business.

On Friday 19 November, we're celebrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace with our internal Bio-Diversity Day. Like nature, work ecosystems thrive when there is more diversity.

We've got a range of thought-provoking activities and fantastic talks lined up and will also be joined by a group of local school children for our first Insight Day through MyBigCareer. The children will get to learn about the different roles within Ecotone, how our employees got to where they are now and the impact of food production on biodiversity

We've been donating surplus food and drink to Fareshare UK for a long time and in September, we donated 360kgs of to our friends at Fareshare Southwest. That works out at over 100,000 cups of delicious organic tea!
