Hi all, it has been brought to my attention that malicious information is being shared with some of my clients. They are being told that I am no longer in business and that they should look elsewhere for training services.
I know who the culprits are and should they continue to spread lies about me then I will not hesitate to take legal action for deformation of character.
I have delivered training of the highest quality for over 20 years without one complaint and I find it sad that a competitor has to lower themselves by telling lies in order to gain more business.
You know who you are, this is as polite as I will get on this matter.

To all my clients: I am very much still in business!

50 mlynedd yn ôl, ar y 3ydd o Fai 1976, nes i ymuno a Gwasanaeth Tân Gwynedd a dechrae gyrfa yn y swydd orau erioed. Nes i ymddeol 30 mlynedd yn diweddarach a dechrae busnes hyfforddi diogelwch tân ac yn dal ‘yma o hyd’. Diolch i bawb am eich cefnogaeth parhaol. 50 mlynedd yn y diwidiant ‘tân’ a dal i fynd.

50 years ago, on the 3rd May 1976, I joined the Gwynedd Fire Service and started a career in the best job ever. I retired 30 years later and started a business delivering fire safety training and I’m still here. Thank you all for your continued support. 50 years in the fire industry and still going strong.

Another milestone... As I approach the completion of 19 years in business, today I delivered the 2500th fire safety course to a long term client. Thank you all for your continued support, it's very much appreciated.
I'm still here, YMA O HYD!!

Yma o hyd. Still here.

Today I start my 16th year in business and I'm still here with huge thanks to my customers. Needless to say that we have all had difficult times recently and I glad to say that the recovery of the business continues.
From delivering 'Zoom' and 'Teams' on-line training in March to now doing full face to face courses (adhering to Covid 19 rules) the progress continues.
I would like to assure all clients, past, present and future, that I will continue to deliver the best possible service, which is fit for purpose, best value and meets or exceeds the legislated requirements.

March 2021 update:
As the Covid 19 Pandemic continues and now that there are signs of hope that the tide will turn soon, I have been conducting my business in a different way

I have now successfully delivered a quite a number of on-line training sessions to my clients using the 'Teams', 'Zoom' and 'Ring Central' media platforms. These have been very well received and are a 'stop gap' until normality returns.
I have also delivered a limited number of face to face training courses where appropriate and exercising the necessary precautions to maintain the safety of all concerned. Again, these have been successful and have included the practical element as well i.e live fire extinguishing.

Mandatory Fire Safety Training is still a legal obligation for companies and I am here to assist my clients in maintaining their compliance under the requirements of the current Fire Safety Regulations (RRO 2005).

I have had my first Pfizer jab (three weeks ago) and by now I have a good immunity. In addition, I still exercise a strict 'Hands, Face and Space' policy.

Update: during the last few weeks I have been delivering face to face training for clients in a Covid safe environment by adhering to current Senedd rules. It has included 2 metre social distancing, temperature checks, hand hygiene and the wearing of oranasal coverings to make both attendees and myself as safe as reasonably practical.
I have also developed on-line training for those clients still unable to receive trainers at their venues. This involves delivering media based training to an audience using Ring Central, Zoom etc. These courses have been very well received and is an alternative to face to face training whilst the world figures a way to overcome this pandemic.
