Rydym yn falch iawn o rannu bod ein Cyfarwyddwr a’n Cyfreithiwr, Shaun Hughes, wedi’i benodi’n Ddirprwy Panel gan Swyddfa’r Gwarcheidwad Cyhoeddus – cyflawniad ardderchog ac arwydd o’i arbenigedd proffesiynol.
Mae Dirprwy Panel yn weithiwr proffesiynol a benodir gan y Llys Gwarchod i reoli materion ariannol unigolyn nad oes ganddo’r gallu meddyliol i wneud hynny ei hun, pan nad oes aelod o’r teulu na ffrind ar gael i ymgymryd â’r rôl. Dim ond nifer fach iawn o Ddirprwyon Panel sydd ledled Cymru a Lloegr, sy’n gwneud y penodiad hwn yn fraint fawr.

We’re proud to share that our Director and Solicitor, Shaun Hughes, has been appointed as a Panel Deputy by the Office of the Public Guardian – a fantastic achievement and recognition of his specialist expertise.
A Panel Deputy is a professional appointed by the Court of Protection to manage the property and finances of a person who lacks mental capacity, where there is no suitable family member or friend to do so. There are only a small number of Panel Deputies across England and Wales, making this a significant honour.
Shaun already acts as a Professional Attorney and Deputy for many clients, helping to protect and manage the property and financial affairs of vulnerable individuals.
