specialises in new build sites, commercial, leasehold extensions and general conveyancing. He has a Master's degree in International Sports' Law and achieved distinctions in his qualifying year in Landlord and Tenant Law, Land Law and Probate

Martin Cudmore: Martin has vast experience in the Property market and has

been a partner in Brown and Co since its inception. He won the CJ Coleman prize in his final qualifying year for conveyancing. He specialises in residential property including leasehold and commercial property

Joanne Brandon: A vastly experienced legal assistant, Jo has been in charge of up to 15 staff and headed our completion department. She has been in property law for 17 years

Rachel Havill: Rachel has been with Brown and Co for almost 13 years. She specialises in Lease extensions with a huge amount of experience in residential conveyancing. Lucy Read: Lucy has worked in Conveyancing for 8 years and handles all aspects of the day to day conveyancing process.
