Here at Stevens Son and Pope we believe the health and safety of our Clients and Staff is paramount. Considering the ongoing Coronavirus out-break and Government advice we are not permitting Clients to attend our offices, we will be open but our door locked. We will be limiting our office to certain members of staff therefore please bear with us during these times.
No further face to face appointments can be booked and all planned appointments will be cancelled over the coming weeks, until further notice.
We understand the above will be disruptive but please be assured that we are able to correspond alternatively via post, email and phone. If you do need to drop off any documents then please leave them in our secure post box (by our front door downstairs). If you do not want to send in original documents we will accept scanned copies or clear photocopies of Identification documents sent via email.
Any payments on account can be made by direct transfer or cheque. Payment of invoices can be made by direct transfer, cheque or over the phone.
We are keeping the Coronavirus situation under review and monitoring any advice as set out by Public Heath England and the FCO so the above may change. Many thanks in advance for your understanding and be aware that although work may take a little longer due to the impact of Coronavirus we will endeavour to keep all our Clients updated regularly.
