We are delighted to share that The Homestead has received unanimous approval from the Planning Committee.
This represents an important milestone for Greenly Developments and follows many months of collaboration, design development and technical work, to create a high-quality scheme that responds sensitively to its rural setting.
The proposal draws inspiration from traditional Worcestershire farmstead layouts, creating a distinctive collection of homes arranged around a landscaped courtyard, with significant green infrastructure, biodiversity enhancements and new public realm.
We would like to thank the Planning Committee Members for their careful consideration of the application, the planning officers at Malvern Hills District Council for their professional guidance throughout the process, and all consultants, stakeholders and local residents who engaged constructively during the planning process.
We look forward to delivering a development that will make a positive contribution to Lower Broadheath and provide much-needed new homes for the local community.
