Interesting case heard in the High Court today, we will have to wait a little while for the judgment. The law in question comes from the Wills Act 1837, which is still the primary statutory law regulating wills.

The £800,000 fortune of 'stubborn and old-fashioned' Carry Keats, from Nomansland in Wiltshire, is at the centre of a High Court fight between her relatives.
