Elegant, textured, warm, and effortlessly timeless, this design is going to completely transform a new-build Airbnb apartment we’re setting up this week.

One of the biggest challenges with new-build spaces is creating character and warmth, and the moment we found this wallpaper, we knew it was the perfect fit. The subtle texture and soft, sophisticated tones are going to add so much depth, warmth, and personality to the space.

Installation starts tomorrow, and honestly… we can not wait to see it come to life. ✨

Recently completed by Staged Homes Co, this impressive office-to-residential showcases how thoughtful design and strategic styling can completely transform the way a property is experienced.

Reimagined as a spacious four-bedroom family home, the project combines practical modern living with warmth, texture, and understated elegance.
Transformed into a spacious four-bedroom family home, the property features a generous open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a separate TV room, dedicated home office, garage, and a beautifully designed master bedroom complete with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Designed with modern family living in mind, the finished result balances practicality, warmth, and timeless style.

We were involved from the very beginning of the renovation process, assisting with the final layout, selection of finishes, bathroom tiles, flooring, kitchen design, paint colours, and wallpaper choices - all while carefully balancing budget and overall finish to maximise the property’s appeal and value.
Once the renovation was complete, we staged the key living spaces to help potential buyers emotionally connect with the home and fully appreciate the lifestyle the property offers. Our approach focused on creating inviting, layered interiors that feel aspirational yet authentic - something we believe is essential in helping properties stand out online and during viewings.

💡Some conversations stay with you long after the call ends.

Yesterday, a client contacted us through the website to discuss their property. As always, we started talking through our approach - how every staging project is tailored not only to the property and its location but also to the client’s budget. Creating a bespoke quote is such an important part of what we do because no two homes, or situations, are ever the same.

Partway through the conversation, the client stopped and said:

“You do your sales pitch really well, but I don't need to hear more because I’ve already seen your work. You staged my son’s flat five years ago, and I saw first-hand what it did for his property. In fact, he wouldn’t let me put my own property on the market until I contacted you.”

like that genuinely mean the world to us.

To know that our work has stayed with someone for five years and that a previous client would recommend us so passionately to family is incredibly special. It’s also a reminder of why we love what we do.
