From a blank shell to a view of the SS Great Britain. Hotwell Road, unit one is complete. ⚓

When we first walked in, it was a site with big plans and not much else: two Airbnbs, a few more spaces underneath, and a lot of “how’s this going to work?”

This is the one that came together first. We designed it and handled the full fit-out for our lovely clients at Beamview Property, and we’re really grateful for their trust.
The location did a lot of the thinking for us. The SS Great Britain is literally the view from the windows, so we built the whole design around a Brunel-inspired, Bristol-proud feel. It’s cosy, characterful and feels like the place it’s in. Unit two is next, so watch this space.

What's actually in a Staged Homes Co staging for sale package? 🏡

We get asked this a lot, so here's the full rundown:
✔️ Free site visit. We come and see the property before we even talk numbers.
✔️ A tailored quote. We'll adjust it with you until it's right for the property.
✔️ A package designed for your property. We think about the right buyer, the location, the style of the home and the demographic you're targeting.
✔️ Full installation and dressing for photography. We handle the whole set-up.
✔️ Photography liaison. We're happy to speak directly with your estate agent, management agent or our chosen photographer to book the shoot for you. (The cost of photography isn't included in our standard packages.)
✔️ 8 weeks' rental for 1, 2 and 3 bed properties, 10 weeks for larger homes.
✔️Collection at the end of the rental period
✔️ Flexible extensions. If you need longer, you can extend weekly or monthly. This is the only extra fee you'd pay.
No surprises, just a package built around your property.

Our office is finally coming together! 🙌

Flooring went down today, and seeing the space take shape feels so good. We've also chosen the paint colours so by the end of the week it should feel like a proper space.

We spend our days making other people's spaces feel like home, so it's a nice change to do it for ourselves.

Can't wait to show you the finished look!

Some gardens you walk through. This one you feel.
There's an award-winning garden tucked into Burrington, and I'm not sure I've ever seen a space that makes you slow down quite like it. Winding paths, planting that's been tended with real love, and corners that make you want to sit with a coffee and not check your phone for an hour.

Burrington sits right at the foot of the Mendips, so you get that rare mix of village calm and proper countryside on the doorstep. Then you step into this garden and the rest of the world goes quiet.

Another lovely project completed for Reprise Property. ✨
This first-floor, two-bed two-bath flat is nearly ready to welcome its first tenants, and it's available to rent shortly.
We loved bringing this one together, from the initial design to the finishing touches. Every room was styled to look great in photos and feel even better in person.
