Davies and Partners’ specialist employment law team are inviting employers to join them in December at one of two venues – Bristol office or Gloucester Rugby Club – for an employment law update seminar. The Secretary of State has announced an increase to the current cap on a ‘weeks pay’ for the purposes of calculating redundancy payments. Currently a ‘weeks pay’ is capped at £571, but from the 6th April 2023, this will increase to £643.

We know how unsettling a redundancy situation can be.

If you are an employer faced with the prospect of having to consider making redundancies, or an employee who is ‘at risk’ or has been made redundant, get in touch with one of our Employment Experts to discuss your options.
