New Project Secured — And What Timing

Less than two months before the wedding, we thought we’d slow things down after a few rejected offers. Then out of nowhere, the seller came back and accepted our previous offer — and just like that, we’ve secured a new property.

Now the excitement begins. The plan is to convert this into a high-end HMO… or maybe something even more special. Either way, this is another opportunity to create something valuable from the ground up.

Marek’s Project — Week 12 Update

This week marks a big milestone in Marek’s journey. The transformation is really starting to show — massive windows are now in, bringing in natural light and completely changing the feel of the space. The new roof and stairs are in place, major structural work is coming together, and even the external elements like parking are being sorted.
