A lot of building problems do not start with one big dramatic failure.
They usually start with something small that gets left a bit too long. A blocked outlet, a leaking gutter joint, water not draining properly, or a minor external fault that does not look urgent at first.
Then a bit later it turns into a much bigger headache.
That is a big part of why practical external maintenance still matters. Staying on top of the smaller things early on often saves a lot of time, hassle and repeat problems later.
I’ve put a new article up on the Highbridge 360 website about this and why the basics are often where bigger property issues begin.
