The cable trunking above the windows had come loose and was hanging down, having previously been held in place with silicone.

I securely fixed the existing trunking in multiple places using screws, making it much more secure and giving it a neat, tidy finish. 👌

🛁 Fresh Silicone Sealant – A Clean Finish! ✨

Another small job that makes a big difference!

The old silicone around the bath and sink had become mouldy and tired, so I removed all of the old sealant, thoroughly cleaned the areas and applied fresh new silicone.

🎨 Fresh Glosswork – Making a House Feel Fresh Again! 🏠

A little bit of paint can make a big difference!

I’ve been working my way around the whole house, giving the woodwork a fresh new coat of gloss — including doors, frames and other woodwork.

The doors are looking so much fresher already, with a clean, bright finish that really helps bring the whole house together. ✨

It’s the finishing touches that make all the difference!

💡 No More Flickering Lights! 🚿

The bathroom lights had been flickering for some time, so I replaced the faulty pull cord switch and installed new IP-rated bathroom spotlights.

The new LED spotlights allow the customer to choose between cool white, natural white, or warm white, giving them the perfect lighting to suit their preference.

leaking water tap after washing machine was removed. I replaced the old valve with a new one, leaving everything watertight and ready for the next appliance.

The side of this bath had been damaged by tenants, but instead of replacing the entire bath at great expense, I carried out a repair that blended in to the original. Looking great. 🛁🫧

Fencing job completed! 🔨

The old fence was completely rotten and falling apart. As I took it apart, I found it had been patched up over the years with three layers of fence panels screwed on top of each other!

I removed all the old timber, ordered and fitted new fence panels, and rebuilt the fence section nearest the house using feather-edge boarding.

Everything was then finished with Red Cedar fence paint as requested by customer. One side of the garden is now looking smart and secure – now it’s time to tackle the other side! 🖌️🪴🏡
