Do you use statutory demands in bankruptcy as a collection tool. They are very effective on debts due from individuals or partnerships over £5000. We arrange service of them personally and quickly with the benefit of experienced agents who will engage with the debtor and explain the impact should they ignore the demand. The vast majority of demands prompt payment in full or agreed repayment arrangements clearing the debt over a maximum of 4 months. This is a creditor driven process and puts you in control.
