A traditional deposit is capped at five weeks' rent. On a home at £750 a month, that's around £865 to find before you've paid anything else.

With us you'd pay around £173 instead.

Moving usually means finding five weeks' rent for a deposit on top of your first month's rent and everything else that comes with it. For a lot of people that's the hardest part.

A number of our properties are available with no cash deposit at all. Instead of a deposit you pay a Reposit fee, which is around one week's rent with a £150 minimum.

A small thing that makes a real difference: we can pay your rent out on a date that suits you.

If your mortgage leaves your account on the 3rd, we'll get the rent to you beforehand, so you're not covering the gap from your own savings each month.

You'll also receive monthly statements and year-end figures set out ready for your tax return, which portfolio landlords tell us is one of the more useful things we do.

End-of-tenancy deposit disputes can take a while to resolve, and the property often sits empty in the meantime.

with our system we aim to settle a dispute by adjudication in around 14 days. A traditional deposit scheme can take four to eight weeks.

For landlords that means a quicker answer and a quicker re-let. For tenants it means less time waiting to hear where they stand. Worth knowing before the tenancy ends rather than after.

Up to 100% of your rent while a tenant is in arrears
Legal costs and expenses
Alternative accommodation, if it's needed
