Job title: Administrative assistant
Full TIME.

Summary of job description:
Filing and scanning documents, checking mail,
Organizing and maintaining the employers and staff calendar, scheduling new client meetings, arranging appointments. Managing staff attendance, holidays and absences. Email and Correspondence: Reading, drafting, and responding to emails, letters, and other
forms of communication on behalf of the employer. Phone Management: Screening and answering calls, taking messages, Chasing client payment on invoices. Seating clients in reception. Acting as an in-house
interpreter (urdu, punjabi) as and when necessary.

Training will be provided.
Salary: Negotiable dependant upon expierience.
