We have pleasure in announcing that we will be merging with Hodge Solicitors LLP of Blairgowrie. The merger took place on 1st February. On that date our combined firms will conduct business under the name of Hodge Solicitors LLP.
We have decided to merge with them because we believe that a larger organisation will allow us to provide a wider range of quality services to our clients. In particular this will give our clients access to their larger estate agency department which since 2019 has listed and sold more properties year on year across PH10, PH11, PH12 and PH13 combined than any other agent. You can expect from the new firm the same focus, the same client centred service and the same team that you have come to know. Both firms share the same outlook and values and we see this as being a positive development for our clients.
However, there are some things that will not change for our clients which will include:
You will continue to work with the same people within the firm that you have in the past. All our employees and staff are being retained in their current roles.
The existing fee structure that you are on will remain.
The service that has been provided to you in the past will continue to be offered by the new firm.
The new firm will operate from their existing offices in Blairgowrie and Coupar Angus and the existing phone numbers will continue to be operational. For the time being the existing email addresses will also be operational but these will be updated in due course.
