After an incredible 30-year journey with Barker Booth & Eastwood, we say thank you and farewell to Darren, on his retirement.

Darren has been a cornerstone of the firm for three decades, leading our Personal Injury Department with dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to clients. His expertise, leadership, and guidance have not only shaped the department but have also made a lasting impact on the firm as a whole.

We wish Darren a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement filled with new adventures and opportunities.

A big thank you to Deans Court Chambers and Brabners for hosting The Uncomfortable Truths: Rules, Tax and Employment Traps in Family Law.

An insightful and thought-provoking session set within the incredible surroundings of Lancaster Castle. Sitting in the old prison A wing for the seminar, followed by a look around the cells which now feature Lancashire Police Museum certainly added a unique and memorable atmosphere to an already engaging event.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, reflect and connect with others in the profession.

It was such an inspiring day surrounded by so many brilliant, supportive and ambitious women. Events like this are a great reminder of the power of connection, collaboration and lifting each other up in business and in life.

Great to attend the Hundred Court Chambers Annual Family Law Seminar today alongside the family team at Barker Booth & Eastwood. It was also lovely to catch up with fellow family law practitioners from across the North West.

It was an excellent opportunity to hear updates from counsel, reflect on developments in family law, and share best practice.
