The Legal Costs Experts NW Ltd

Use my 30 years experience as a Senior Costs Advocate. Do you wish to increase your net profit costs recovery AND recover costs quicker than you are currently? At The Legal Costs Experts, our philosophy is very simple – get the maximum we can, as quick as we can. We have over 25 years experience in legal costs
Our in-house Advocate has attended over 150 hearings – being successful in the majority
Whilst we specialise in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims we can deal with almost ANY costs related matter
Most of our cases settle within 6-8 weeks of being billed
We request interim payments with case law (and make applications where necessary) once the bill is served
We keep our case load small so can keep quality of work above quantity
We progress EVERY case, EVERY 48 hours
Once settlement is reached, WE will attain your costs cheque (and on litigated cases we will also recover 8% interest on the bill)
We only take our fee once your costs are recovered, so NO WIN – NO FEE (fees always charged at grade D no matter what the case)

Considering all of the above AND the likely increase in the small claims limit, NOW is the time to start getting the most from every case. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including:

Cost budgets
Bills of costs
Points of dispute/replies
