Dealing with someones welfare and finances when they have lost mental capacity can be very frustrating if even possible unless you have a Lasting Power of Attorney in place, if not then you have to go through the Court of Protection (COP) which costs circa £2000 and takes around 6 months and even then you are not guaranteed to be the person appointed by the Courts

Award Winning Approved Wills are experts with many years experience and we are pleased to offer free advice on 08006990953 or why not make an appointment to attend either our Erdington or Solihull office.

Every minute someone leaves this world behind.
We are all in the "queue" without knowing it..
We will never know how many are ahead of us.
We can't move to the bottom of the row..
We can't get out of line,
We can't avoid the queue.
So while we wait in line...
Make priorities..
Let your qualities be known..
Make people feel important...
Make your voice heard..
Make someone smile..
Make peace..
Make sure you tell people you love them..
Live your life with no regrets,
Do things you wouldn't normally do...
Don't waste time on silly arguments...
Because when it's over it's over...no going back.
Live your life the way YOU want too..
On that note.....
