A quick update for our Shipley customers

Just a reminder that our Shipley office is still temporarily closed following a significant water leak from the floor above, which caused considerable damage to the office.

The building is currently being dried out while the necessary work is assessed and arranged. There isn’t much more to report just yet, but we’ll keep you updated as things progress.

In the meantime, our Shipley team has settled into life at our Bingley office, and it’s certainly been busy. With both teams working side by side, there’s been plenty going on, from valuations and viewings to offers, negotiations and everything in between.

Most importantly, our Shipley customers are still being looked after as usual.

Welcome to the Team Daisy!

You might have already spoken to Daisy without even realising it! 👋

She’s been part of the Hunters team for a few weeks now and has already thrown herself into all things lettings.

As our new Lettings Coordinator, Daisy is involved from the moment a new rental property comes on the market. She photographs properties, gets them ready to list, shows applicants around, processes applications and keeps landlords in the loop along the way.

She also makes sure landlords, tenants and properties are ready for the start of a new tenancy, with everything up to date and meeting the latest regulations.

And now for two facts you probably wouldn’t guess… Daisy has a lot of dogs 🐶 and she was once a child model! 📸

She’s actually been with us for a good few weeks now, but with everything going on, we’re only just getting around to saying hello properly!

You’ll probably get to know Grace pretty quickly. She’ll be speaking to you over the phone, meeting you at viewings and helping to keep things moving when offers come in. From handling enquiries and gathering feedback to negotiating offers, she’s right there helping our sellers achieve the best possible price.

A quick update from our Shipley team

Unfortunately, our Shipley office has suffered significant flooding and, as a result, the office will be temporarily closed while the necessary repairs and refurbishment are carried out.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This is an unexpected situation, but we want to reassure our Shipley customers that it’s very much business as usual for our team.
