We are sales and property management specialists, but with a concept unlike a 'traditional' estate agent...

We know our industry doesn't have a fantastic reputation, we want to change that. Although there are some great estate agents in the UK, typically the public don't get value for money with estate agency services. Technology around the world has evolved drastically but our industry doesn't seem to have moved on at the same rate as the rest of the world. We aim to change that.

As fathers we are incredibly passionate about making a business our children are proud of in the future. This is our driving force to go against the status quo of a typical estate agent. We want to be different for the right reasons.

Our video & digital based marketing means we can target tenants and buyers in a way that Rightmove or Zoopla can't. We are able to identify those buyers and tenants that are actively searching for property and through our in-house videography, marketing every single property in the way a property should be marketed in 2020. We have spent months learning from marketing companies outside of our industry and we aim to bring new techniques to estate agency that can drastically increase the chances of our clients finding a buyer or tenant.
