*Update on Covid-19 Policies*

Our door will remain open as it has been since 31st January 2022 and you are now not required to wear a mask. However, we would prefer it if you did wear one for the safety of our staff, some of whom are clinically vulnerable .

Masks are available in a box at the top of our stairs if you do not have your own. There is also hand sanitiser situated on the wall.

We would ask that you do not visit the office if you have Covid symptoms or any of you family or close contacts have Covid symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid-19.

Screens within the office will remain in place and our team will continue to wear face masks when speaking to you.

Face to face meetings will continue to be strictly by appointment only and available within the following hours: -
9:30am - 11:30am and 1:30pm - 3:30pm (3:00pm on Fridays).

All sanitisation procedures will remain in place and carried out once any visitor has left the premises.

If you have any queries with regards to the above, please do not hesitate to contact the office.

*COVID-19 UPDATE*

Unfortunately, due to changes in Government guidelines, we cannot change our current “lockdown policy” as hoped.

The rules therefore remain:

1. The front door will be locked.

2. Only pre-booked face-to-face meetings will be allowed. Clients will need to knock the door to be let in and will only have access to the stairway, reception and the interview room. Ideally, only one pre-booked appointment in the morning and one in the afternoon.

3. The only people to be allowed into the office will be:
Staff, Clients with pre-booked appointments and specific tradespeople.

No other person is allowed in this office.

4. Clients delivering or collecting books and records must knock the door and a member of staff will collect or deliver them to the front door.

It is hoped that these restrictions can be lifted on 19th July 2021 assuming Government guidelines allow, or earlier if “Freedom Day” is brought forward.

18/05/2021

*As from 17th May*
i) Our door will remain locked.
ii) Pre-booked face-to-face meetings will be available; you will need to knock the door to be let in. You will be asked to wear a suitable face covering and will be asked to sanitise your hands on entering. Screens will be in place in both reception and the interview room. You will not be allowed access to any other part of the office apart from the stairway, the interview room and reception.

If you or any of your family or close contacts have Covid-19 or have the symptoms of Covid-19 please do not visit or enter the office.

Many thanks.
