Our busy firm is seeking a legal secretary for both our Falls Road and City Centre offices to assist in our Conveyancing / Family Dept and our Criminal / Immigration Dept.
Experience is preferred but not essential. Duties will include assisting the Solicitor in managing of files and all administrative duties including copying, file management, answering and directing phone calls, transcribing from digital dictation, opening and closing files, drafting documents and correspondence, managing diary, assisting with billing, scanning, printing and e-filing documents.
