We continue to represent our client in High Court proceedings against the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) and Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), seeking damages for alleged misfeasance and malicious prosecution, following our client’s formal acquittal of drug charges earlier this year.

Owen Beattie Solicitors acts on behalf of a client who has issued High Court proceedings against the Northern Ireland Prison Service following his detention at HMP Maghaberry’s Close Supervision Unit (CSU).
