An update from our Bedford Office Cooper Beard Estate Agents confirming they are to remain open, as per current government guidelines.

The housing market will remain open during the new lockdown in England.

Boris Johnson has announced a set of new national restrictions for England, similar to the March lockdown.

But unlike the first lockdown, the housing market is to remain open for business.

Introducing you all to Jonathan Hawkins. Jono as he's known is the Business Manager here at Cooper Beard. We asked Jono a couple of questions:

What do you do at Cooper Beard?
I manage the day to day running of the office, carry out the valuations properties, marketing and some viewings.

How long have you worked at Cooper Beard?
13 years for my sins.

What do you like most about working at Cooper Beard?
After working for corporate estate agents for 10 years previously, I like the personal touch of an independent family run business with the freedom and ability to bespoke our service to each property and client.

Jono is an integral part of the Beard Group, and we're pleased to have him on our team - have a great weekend everyone!

A message from our Rushden office Mike Neville Estate Agents

Following on from recent government guidelines and the Housing Minister confirming that the property industry is still 'open', we wanted to assure all of our customers that we are still open for business.

We are only carrying out essential appointments, and are taking into account relevant safety measures to maintain the safety of our staff and clients.
