“We really pushed this one through.” 😂
Of course you did, mate. The contract, enquiries, mortgage conditions and legal work were basically just background noise. 🏡🔑

POV: My client has been ready to exchange for 3 weeks… but apparently the rest of the chain is still loading. ⏳😂
Waiting on a lender. Waiting on a management company. Waiting on another solicitor. Waiting for someone to reply to an email from 12 working days ago. 😭
Sometimes your conveyancer isn’t the delay… we’re just professionally chasing everyone else’s delay. 🏠🔑

No, I thought I’d just complete the transaction and hope they are who they say they are.
It’s literally built into the conveyancing process and professional obligations. Some enquiries don’t need raising…

Some conveyancers have ALL the attitude over email… until it’s time to exchange 😂
For 8 weeks:
“URGENT.”
“UNACCEPTABLE.”
“WE REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.”
“OUR CLIENT WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY FURTHER DELAYS.” 😡
Exchange day:
“Hi Daniel… 👉👈 just wondering if you’re ready to exchange? 😊”
Or even better…
They send the paralegal to call because apparently the telephone doesn’t support the same confidence as Outlook 😭😭😭
Keep that same energy when you dial my number babe 😂📞
