Meet Jill Lipscombe, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Lamb Brooks.

Jill has worked in dispute resolution since 2008, acting for individuals and businesses across a wide range of contentious matters. Her experience includes property and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant matters, contentious probate, contract disputes and debt recovery.

When a dispute arises, protecting your position and understanding the options available can make a difficult situation feel much more manageable. Jill combines a supportive approach with the ability to be firm when needed, always keeping her client’s priorities at the centre of the matter.

Her work has included resolving a commercial contract claim worth more than £1.5 million through mediation, successfully defending beneficiaries against a claim on a Will, and regularly representing landlord clients in the County Court.

Away from work, Jill loves hiking, theatre and dystopian novels. She is less enthusiastic about littering, drizzle and bad coffee!
