You might notice something a little different on our streets very soon…

We’ve decided it was time to change things up a little at Hambly Estates and our brand-new For Sale boards are on their way!

We’ve gone for a completely refreshed look, with individual boards for Georgina, Michael and Tomos, while still keeping them very much Hambly Estates.

We’ve spent a lot of time getting the design and finish exactly how we wanted it and we’re so excited to finally see them going up.

If you’re currently selling your home with us and already have one of our boards outside, yours will be changed over to the new design very soon, so keep an eye out 👀

And with lots of new properties coming to the market over the next few weeks, you’ll soon be seeing plenty of these popping up across South Wales.

I’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and I look at it differently:

Selling your home is a partnership. We work together, and if that relationship isn’t working, you should be able to walk away. No penalties, no lock-ins.

That’s why I do things this way:

• No being passed from staff member to staff member. You deal with me directly from start to finish.
• Limited client list. I only take on a small number of homes at once so yours gets proper focus.
• 7 days a week. Serious buyers don’t only look between 9 and 5, so neither do I.
• Bespoke marketing that actually makes your home stand.

14 SALES AGREED THIS MONTH… and August isn’t over yet! 🏡🔥

What a month it’s been at Hambly Estates!

August can always be a challenging month in estate agency with the summer holidays, people away and routines out of the window, so to have agreed 14 sales this month alone is something we’re incredibly proud of. 💗

A huge congratulations to all of our sellers and buyers who have agreed sales with us this month. We honestly can’t wait to help you through the next stage and get you moving! 🏡🔑

None of this would be possible without the amazing clients who choose to work with us and everyone who recommends us, tags us, shares our posts or simply passes our name on. We never take that support for granted.
