Samuels are seeking a professional and client-focussed conveyancer to work full or part time with our existing conveyancing team. Based in Barnstaple in North Devon, we strive to achieve a positive work-life balance to enable our staff to enjoy the stunning and diverse countryside and activities this location has to offer.

What you can offer:
We are looking for someone with a solid knowledge of residential conveyancing, including unregistered land, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or be working towards your Ilex qualifications with good advising skills and the confidence to deal with urgent matters under pressure.
Experience with commercial property and agricultural land would be an advantage but not essential.
You will be able to build relationships with clients, agents and others in order to complete transactions in a timely manner whilst ensuring that client needs are met, and issues are dealt with promptly.
We will expect you to be comfortable working within a team and independently and an excellent communicator. There will be opportunity to publish articles on our website and also to provide input in marketing.
1 - 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience
Salary dependent on experience
