Excellent to see that mediation as a way of solving commercial litigation problems is now making headline news.

Many years ago I conducted a mediation in a football stadium . The corporate hospitality boxes made great meeting rooms and the view of the pitch was impressive. Difficult to avoid making football puns about the two sides, score draws, but we did end up with a great result!
