DWP is a waste of time. Massive backlog all the time apparently even before corona and they either don’t respond to emails or make you wait 3/4 hours until they pick up your call. They tried to make things efficient by setting up the management payment online however it’s still a waste of time as they’re still as useless.

Can’t even show documentation as to when i sent of such forms for tenants owing thousands and till date the payment isn’t direct nor is there a deduction as well as the fact no communication of any progress has been received.

Why must the masses have to suffer? No help, support or assistance has been given from the government whatsoever. There must be another agenda which is not in hindsight obviously.

The list goes on. Tenants racking up arrears of thousands and still are not being held accountable for their actions. There are benefits in place for such calamities and unparalleled times.
