"Bayer faces more claims over weedkiller cancer allegations"

Bloomberg news has reported that Bayer has made progress seeking a settlement over claims its ROUNDUP Weedkiller and other glyphosate-based Weedkillers causes CANCER. It is reported that the company has reached a verbal agreement to settle on about 50,000 to 85,000 cases. Bloomberg have advised that Bayer are likely to announce the settlements in June 2020! What happens in a mediation meeting?

An appointment can be made with a Mediator either individually or jointly. The Mediator will explore whether mediation will be appropriate to you and acceptable.

Mediation will help you to reach your own agreements, instead of a judge deciding for you. The mediation meetings will help you to come up with your own ideas and solutions to the problems you face arising from separation or divorce.
