Job Opening: Legal Assistant

Working Hours- Monday - Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times). Based in Banbridge.
Responsibilities
• Scanning incoming post and drafting letters to clients/solicitors etc.
• Logging calls, updating estate agents, mortgage brokers, clients by telephone
• Assisting Solicitor generally

The Ideal Person
• Educational Requirement: Degree level or equivalent (All degrees considered)
• Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Enthusiastic, keen and proactive
• Meticulous and diligent
Comprehensive training will be provided and the role provides a great opportunity to develop essential experience and skills.
