Badly Damaged Underlay Behind Chimney Causing Water Ingress Into Bedroom , Client Had A Previous Company Out Who Put It Down To The Chimney And They Done Work To Chimney Which Fixed Nothing , From Taking 5 Mins To Look In Roof Space And Were Water Was Entering Room It Was Plain To See & It’s A Very Common Issue On Older Houses 😬

- New Underlay
- New Laths
- New Under cloak
- Gable Pointed Back Up And Lead Dressed Back In On A Few Areas
