βœ… Help you organise an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which must be done within 28 days of the house going on the market if you do not already have one
βœ… Obtain the deeds from your mortgage lender (if you have one)
βœ… Send a draft Contract to the buyer's legal advisor and answer enquiries raised
βœ… Obtain an up-to-date redemption figure for your mortgage (if you have one)
βœ… Redeem the mortgage and send the net proceeds of the sale to you (or put them towards the purchase of your new property)
