Mediation WILL save you money in the long run - no expensive court or legal fees - I've had several cases recently that started before COVID but due to long waits to go to court clients eventually came to me. When we reached a resolution in a short time they couldn't have been happier. Sometimes compromise needn't be a bad thing if you look at the bigger picture - or rather a third party shows you how to look at the bigger picture.

Just got a big thumbs up from a client who did a face to face with me last week in London.
We followed all the government guidelines and had a successful outcome - both the client and the employee were able to see a way forward so it was a good result. Sadly I think COVID ramifications will bring more cases like this one.

We're aware that some people think mediation sessions couldn't be held safely at the moment and are offering online services. Whilst we think they can sometimes offer a solution our deep belief is that you miss out on the personal connection that is vital to sense both sides position. Talking to parties face to face - although with a safe two-metre distance - gives the best results in our opinion.

On Zoom you can't interpret all those nuances and hesitations that tell you so much!
