We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and established team based in Ashford.

This is a great opportunity for someone already working within residential lettings who is confident managing applicants, landlords & negotiations and who can quickly become a key part of the team from day one.

We deal with a wide range of quality properties across Kent, including some exceptional countryside homes and rural lettings, so an appreciation for high standards of service and presentation is important.

The position is predominantly based in our Ashford office, although occasional travel to other branches will be required.

This is a full-time role, working every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.

Competitive salary available for the right candidate. If you are an experienced negotiator, with a full driving license and use of a vehicle, looking to join a respected local firm with an excellent reputation and a strong portfolio of properties, we would be pleased to hear from you.
