Lisa joined the firm some 19 years ago in 2007, having started her estate agency career locally with Bradleys.

Initially a negotiator, Lisa progressed to a valuer/lister and in recent years in her role as sales manager has overseen the day to day running of the residential sales department.

As an owner, Lisa will now help steer the direction of the business, which has been established in Ashburton 28 years.

Howard J. Douglas, who celebrates 40 years in estate agency this year, said he was delighted to welcome Lisa to the partnership.
