Our joint CEO Adam Horner was delighted to join Sir Kevin Sinfield for part of his run yesterday returning the favour to Kev who joined Adam a few weeks ago at Timperley running track for Adams 50km.

Alastair Chiswell successfully defended a personal injury claim brought against a business by a worker who alleged that he was employed by Alastair’s client.

Had the matter progressed further, the client faced an estimated damages and costs exposure of between £40,000 and £50,000 if the claimant was successful.

Alastair brought the matter to a conclusion in fewer than 30 working days from receipt of the claim, limiting the client’s total damages and costs liability to just £6,080.00. This secured a swift and commercially favourable resolution to a claim that could otherwise have resulted in significantly greater financial exposure.
