New territory, same mission! ✨

The Property Duo are officially expanding into Stirling, Falkirk, and Grangemouth- and we’re excited about what this means for our investors. 💻🙌🏼

The central belt is ticking all the right boxes right now:

We’ve had our eye on these areas for a while. We’ve already been managing properties here through and with both of us having lived in Stirling (Stef did her first degree at !), this move just makes sense.

2 weeks left of 2024 and this will be our penultimate post of the year! ♥️

We’ll be taking a much needed break after this week to spend time with our loved ones and reenergise to hit 2025 sprinting. 🔥

With several projects just completed, and several more completing in January, Q1 is already shaping up to be one of our busiest yet across our businesses. 🙌🏼

2025 will bring us to 5 years running and 3 years for . Milestones we could have only dreamed of back in 2020!

2024 has brought many challenges, but challenges build resilience. 💪🏼

Resilience keeps you agile, allows you to cope with adversity and bounce back even on the toughest of days.

The foundations of our 28 year friendship brings the power to get through anything that we face, to celebrate the wins together and lift each other up in the tougher times. 🫶🏻

3 weeks to go...

As we enter into December 2024 we like to review our achievements for the year, our goals that we’ve hit for 2024, and those that we are reaching for in 2025.

In our reflection, we specifically review the areas we could have achieved more in and take these as learnings into the next year. 2024 has been an extremely challenging year, but we are proud of what we have achieved despite the circumstances others have put us in.

We are proud of the growth in and our amazing team for all their hard work and effort this year, and our focus for 2025 is clear.

We are grateful to all our wonderful clients -new and repeat - who have added to their portfolio this year through our Sourcing and Project Management Service. It’s been exciting working with our existing and new clients, helping them achieve passive income, and becoming financially free in their lives.

Our own portfolio is continuing to grow with the latter quarter providing exciting investment opportunities that will lead us strongly into 2025.

There is no The Property Duo without each other and I’m so thankful to have a best friend and business partner in Stef Paterson to smash goals with and make bigger future plans for in 2025 and beyond! 💫

The freedom of having passive income! 💰💰💰

That’s what our portfolio has provided us, the passive income we receive on a monthly basis is something we could have only dreamed of just a few years ago. 🫶🏻

Building our portfolio has been one of the most exciting parts of our journey together in and one we continue to raise investment to do. 📈

Buy to Let’s and holding these assets provides a monthly cash flow, longer term capital growth and the freedom to know that we have money coming in monthly, regardless of working or not. 🤩

Clearly, we still work very hard as we have our two other businesses to drive and support but the above definitely provides a different level of freedom!

Is exercise a part of your daily routine?

It may sound cliché but if we aren’t in a good exercise routine, it definitely affects us both physically and mentally. 🧠

We try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week but there are weeks where we don’t manage that and end up feeling sluggish, overworked but underachieving and eating the wrong foods. 💪🏼💪🏼

Everyone can temporarily fall off the wagon so to speak, but having our gym and swim routine together ensures we are feeling as good as possible about ourselves, our minds & bodies are healthy and it has an overall positive impact on all aspects of our lives. 🫶🏻📈

We regularly use our health club as our office so it’s easy for us to incorporate our gym and swim routine with our work! 🙌🏼 💻 📞

When you’re f*cked, you’re only 45% f*cked. 😬

Since watching 14 Peaks and coined this phrase, we have used it frequently…and it’s just SO true. 🫶🏻

Obviously we aren’t always walking peaks when we discuss this phrase but…😆⛰️

If things aren’t going your way in your personal life, business, career or any other aspect that matters to you- effectively, you can ALWAYS make it through. ☔️

Whenever we have setbacks now, we always refer back to this. Nothing is impossible, and nothing is insurmountable. Even when things can feel like they are the worst of the worst, or we’re at rock bottom…we’re not. ☀️

This doesn’t mean pushing on through with toxic positivity, but rather having the resilience to keep going, putting things into perspective; and ultimately realising that when you think you’re f*cked, you’re only 45% f*cked. 🙌🏼👌🏼
