I moved to France from the Cornwall region of the UK in 1997. Since moving here, I trained as an apprentice maçon, qualifying as an Artisan in 2005. I have been running my own business in the building industry since 2006. As well as working for clients as a general builder, I have received increasing demand for Gite/holiday home services including grounds, general building repairs and swimming pool maintenance. I currently maintain a number of properties in the Uzege area (references available upon request) for primarily English speaking families, but also local French clients.
The jobs I can do:
- Pool maintenance
- Garden work, including plants, trees etc
- Most building related jobs, roofing, tiling, walls etc
- Basic plumbing and electrics
I
also offer tenant liaison services (should your renters need anything during their stay), as well as emergency call out should a renter have a problem related to your property.
I can also hold keys and organize house-cleaning should this be required.
Rates start at 20€ per hour. I offer favorable terms for season long contracts and large maintenance jobs.
I work in the Uzege region, approximately 50km around the town of Uzes.
