Here is a little story that happened at the office 👇🏼

A woman came to see us, because she asked for the French nationality three times, without any success...

However, she has always been living here, until she settled in another country !

Her whole family (sisters, brothers) they became French but why couldn't she get the nationality too ?
What was wrong with her ? She starting being desperate but can't stop fighting. 🥊

So she decided to call us for help.
Since we handled her case, the judicial court certified that she had everything to get the French Nationality, since the age of majority.

Event better, her own children became also French thanks to this procedure ! 👩‍👧‍👧

Don't worry, you will not be facing immediate deportation.

However... You need to act and to contact the right administration as soon as possible! 🙏🏼

The more you wait, the more difficult it will be for you to get a residence permit afterward.

You have just ended your studies in France and want to stay here?

➡ Here is how to proceed :
If you are a non U.E, after getting your degree you must get a hiring promise or already a work contract with at least, an income of 1.5 times higher thant minimum wage. (2 220 € gross per month)

➡ Otherwise, without any of these document, a foreign student can ask for a "titre de séjour" with the mention "looking for a job / building your own company, only available within the next 12 months.

To be elligible, you need to have a professional license, a master degree or a solid business project. ✔
