Justice Begins to Move, No Safe Haven for War Criminals:
Two Israeli soldiers were arrested in Belgium while on vacation and attending a concert. The arrests came after their identities were revealed as active-duty Israeli military personnel suspected of involvement in war crimes in Gaza. Belgian authorities are now conducting intensive interrogations as part of international efforts to uphold humanitarian law and seek justice for the victims of genocide.

Sauntore Thomas, a Black man and Air Force veteran, filed a lawsuit against TCF Bank in January 2020.

He accused the bank of racial discrimination after a teller called the police on him while he attempted to deposit checks from a workplace discrimination settlement.

Incident Details:

*Date of Incident: January 23, 2020

*Location: TCF Bank, Livonia, Michigan

*Checks Involved: Three checks totaling $99,000 from his former employer, Enterprise Leasing Co.

What Happened;

~Thomas was trying to deposit the checks when bank staff questioned their legitimacy.

~The bank called the police, suspecting fraud, which led to Thomas feeling humiliated and embarrassed.

~He was interrogated by police while others stood guard outside the bank.

~This led to him suing the bank for racial discrimination also.

እሳት የላሰ ጠበቃ የቀጠረው ካታላን በአስገራሚ መንገድ ንጽህና መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ ችሏል ። ደንበኛውን ነፃ ለማውጣት ፍርድ ቤት የተገኘው ጠበቃ ፤ ካታላን ወንጀሉ ተፈፀመ በተባለበት ሰዓት ከ6 ዓመት ልጁ ጋር ቅርጫት ኳስ እያየ እንደነበር ይከራከራል ።

ይህንኑ የሚያሳይ ቪዲዮ ለፍርድ ቤቱ ፈልጎ በማምጣት ደንበኛውን ከ6 ወር እስር በኃላ 320 ሺሕ ዶላር ካሳ ጋር ነፃ ተብሏል ።እውነት ብትዘገይም በረከቷን አስከትላ ማሸነፏ አይቀርም። ለዚህ ደግሞ በሙያቸው ብቁ የሆኑ እሳት የላሱ ሙያተኞች ወሳኝ ናቸው ። ክብር ለጠበቆቻችን !!❤️🙏

- In what may become a turning point in the global pursuit of accountability, Belgian federal police have arrested and interrogated two Isr*eli soldiers credibly accused of war crimes in Gaza.

The action came in response to an urgent legal complaint filed by the and earlier this week.

The HRF and GLAN welcome this breakthrough with determination and humility. We will continue to support the ongoing proceedings and call on Belgian authorities to pursue the investigation fully and independently.
