Good afternoon Gambella.

My points to make clear or put into the attention of the new leadership of the region the president and the vice as a youth that observed while I was in the region.

1. please go and visit the public library around Arata killo and if possible, repairment is needed and its management team needs evaluated and supervised and built more than that in every corner of the region with quality.
Because I believe Education is valuable and its shown by the changes you are bringing to the region now as Educated and ambitious leadership.
Let the future learn from you!

2. Please go visit Dipo,which they refers to as Dipo Market,the products that they normally sells include many things but among them is alcohol,I mean excessive alcohol taken by weakers elderly people,grandmothers and grandfathers and alot of small girls practicing Prostitution.
And iam also asking you to do something about it and also every place that practices all kinds of those NONSENSE!

3.Pease talk to Local polices of The region to take care of their Bodies,take complete responsibility of the region of their bodis and their tasks,and they should be trained to be discipline from things that keeps the out of concentration and by all means possible, you should build for them,A Military training GYM and feed them up.so that they becomes capable of dealing with all the things destroying Gambella.

4.I believe you have noticed the Tarmac roads from roundabout along way to university,please do do something about them.

5.The regions shops or the Market,Example like The Newland market should be extended back from the pavement as soon as possible.

6.please try your best to Improve the educational quality by recruiting Capable and effective teachers BASED on departments,examinations taken before recruitment and SINCE Education is our foundation for a better Life, peaceful Region,Development and many others kindly Motivates youth to Puts their TIME nad ENERGY on Educating the Region.

If one forgot what his lover loved back before coming home ,Its the cause of all misunderstanding!Every human being adapts to any situation bad or good.

Once she adapted to what makes her happy, cutting it is a clear trouble, force yourself to fo what you put her to.

Because her expectations would never cease, its her memory unless you're lucky having a wife with busy active mind!she would sees things you use do do before coming home as less important than the things she thinks should be done!

Life is a path with stages, do not keep your mind to the same stage, you wouldn't grow,Do not drage your husband to the level of your thinking.
He is thinking responsibility but you're thinking as a followed, its easy to understand your husband by asking questions that shows to get his vision clear to You!

Its a blessing trying your best to thinks of what level one should get his/her mind to,then follow by the consequences of thoughts.

Every human has Every kind of emotion within him or her whatever you triggered to rule rules!Whenever you try to get angry with someone whether he is wrong, You will touch his/her defensive part and he/she will also be angry at you.

Whenever you came to someone with humility and forgiveness he/she will be activating the submissive part unconsciously.

Be rational when dealing with humans else you will kill each others,destroy each other's valuable things, spoil your reputation but in the end you will talk if not one of died and resolve the issue.

Do not blame, judges or talks about others ' Conditions until you have stepped under his/her shoes!

Always everyone under pressure feels the pain more than the one hearing about it,so stop blaming such kinds of people until you're the one.

Do not be too wild for something your kid is doing, you might be the one that had passed that through the genetic makeup or upbringing,just calm and thinks about it before reacting to her/him since the same spirit might be in different bodies and it may not yield fruitful solutions.
