SYSTEM:
Tournament with handicap –3. Swiss system six rounds.
TIME: 25 minutes/player and 20 seconds of byoyomi.
Ranking categories according to EGD.
The organization may change those categories as it deems appropriate in accordance with the Commission of Categories.
Class C Tournament valid for the ranking EGD.

Prizes in all segment categories. A maximum of one prize per participant.

REGISTRATIONS:
All those players wishing to participate (including members of the Association of Andalusia Go) should apply through email to [email protected], with the following information: name, category, KGS nick , town, country and a contact telephone number.
Due to the limited number of places in the tournament pre-inscription must be confirmed by the organization. Should anybody apply for the championship either without pre-inscription or with a pre-inscription not confirmed by the organization. Confirmed participation by organization should make the deposit of corresponding fee each case to the bank account to facilitate the organization. The tournament registration will be formalized only when confirmed by the organization and was made the corresponding bank deposit.
In the case to come to the championship without making prescription, or being it done and not have confirmation of the organization, or not paid the appropriate fee, participation shall be conditional upon the availability would have at that time. The capacity of the tournament is limited to a maximum of 60 participants.

* Players under 18 must bring along a signed authorization from parent(s) or legal tutor stating their consent for the player to participate and naming the adult who will be in charge of said participant during the tournament.
The championship will take place at the beginning of the "Feria de Abril" (Seville's Spring Fair), one of the most important and well-known popular festivities in Spain.

SISTEMA: Sistema suizo con handicap –3 (a los handicaps que correspondan por la categoría se les restaría tres) a seis rondas. Los desempates serán resueltos por el sistema progresivo, de persistir el empate por el sistema de coeficiente y de seguir empatados quedará mejor clasificado el que tenga mayor categoría. Los jugadores dispondrán de 25 minutos cada uno y 20 segundos de byoyomi. Categorías según ranking EGD. La organización podrá cambiar aquellas categorías que estime conveniente de acuerdo con la Comisión de Categorías.
Torneo clase C puntuable para el ranking EGD.

Premios para todos los jugadores, independientemente de su categoría, entre los que se incluyen varias suscripciones a KGS plus por tres meses (http://www.gokgs.com/).

INSCRIPCIONES:
Todos aquellos jugadores que deseen participar, estarán obligados a hacer una preinscripción en el e-mail [email protected] , para que la organización pueda prever el material necesario para la competición. En la preinscripción se indicará nombre, apellidos, categoría, nick KGS, lugar de origen y un teléfono de contacto. Debido a problemas de aforo en el torneo, la preinscripción deberá ser confirmada por la organización. Una vez confirmada, la organización facilitará un número de cuenta, indicando el ingreso correspondiente que deberá realizar el solicitante. En el caso de presentarse al campeonato sin haber realizado prescripción, o habiéndola realizado y no tener confirmación de la organización, o no habiendo pagado la inscripción correspondiente, la participación quedará condicionada a la disponibilidad que hubiera en ese momento. El aforo del torneo está limitado a un máximo de 60 participantes.

Socios o vinculados al Club de Go Carbonería: 50% descuento sobre la inscripción que corresponda

* Es necesario para que los menores puedan participar que presenten una autorización firmada por sus padres o tutores, autorizándoles a participar en este evento, e indicando la persona mayor de edad, que se hará cargo de los menores durante su participación en el campeonato.
**Para poderlo aplicar deberán tener abonada la cuota anual de la asociación, que les da derecho a participar en el campeonato.

SYSTÈME
Système suisse avec handicap -3 (aux handicaps qui correspondent par la catégorie on leur ôterait trois) à six rondes. Les matchs nuls seront résolus par le système progressif; de persister le match nul, par le système de coefficient et si la situation persiste sera le mieux classé celui qui a une plus grande catégorie.
Les joueurs disposeront de 25 minutes chacun et 20 seconds de byoyomi. Catégories selon ranking EGD. L'organisation pourra changer ces catégories qu'elle estime nécessaires en accord avec la Commission de Catégories.
Tournoi classe C qui compte pour le ranking EGD. Valable pour le championnat tournoi final de l'Espagne de Go.

INSCRIPTIONS
Tous les joueurs qui souhaitent participer devront envoyer a email à [email protected], avec les informations suivantes: nom, catégorie, KGS nick , lieu d'origine et un numéro de téléphone de contact.
personnel peut s'inscrire à l'avance par e-mail à [email protected], ainsi l'organisation peut fournir le matériel nécessaire pour la compétition. En raison de problèmes de capacité dans le tournoi, la pré-inscription doit être confirmée par l'organisation.
Pour confirmer la participation par l'organisation il faut le dépôt de la taxe correspondante sur le compte bancaire de facilitée. Les inscriptions pour le tournoi sera officielle une fois confirmée par l'organisation d'avoir fait le dépôt bancaire
Dans le cas de se présenter au championnat sans une pré-inscription ou avec une pré-inscription non confirmée par l`organisation, la participation sera conditionée au nombre de participants.
La capacité du tournoi est limité à un maximum de 60 participants.

* Il est nécessaire pour que les mineurs puissent prendre part qu’ ils présentent une autorisation signée par ses parents ou tuteurs, en les autorisant à prendre part à cet événement, et en indiquant la personne plus grande d'âge qui se chargera des mineurs pendant sa participation le championnat.
** Pour pouvoir lui appliquer ils devront avoir abonné la quote-part annuelle de l'association, qui leur donne droit de prendre part le championnat.
NOTE:
Le championnat aura lieu au début de la "Feria de Abril" (Foire de printemps de Séville), l'une des fêtes populaires les plus importants et les plus connus en Espagne.
Séville possède une offre importante de l'hôtel, il est important de réserver à l'avance en raison de la proximité de la Foire d’Avril.
